  • Well Type: Defines the biological role (e.g., Standards for ELISA curves, Blanks for background subtraction, Samples for unknowns).
  • Group / Condition: Categorizes your replicates (e.g., "24h Treatment", "Healthy Cohort") so you can easily plot and compare them later.
